HOW TO USE: Chew 1 tablet for 5 seconds, wet your toothbrush and brush as normal for 2 minutes. Minimise swallowing and spit out the foam. Repeat AM and PM.

Contains Sodium Monofluorophosphate (1.1%) (1451ppm F).
